Everyday, we all experience levels of physical, chemical, and mental/emotional stress. When your nervous system—your body’s master control system—is functioning well, it can process and regulate these stresses effectively.
However, when stress overwhelms your ability to cope over time, it can lead to stored dysfunctional patterns (misalignments) in the spine and nervous system. These misalignments interfere with communication between the brain and body, affecting not only how you feel but also other functions in your body that you don’t feel and see.
Over time, if the body remains in this stressed state, it becomes harder to process information, heal, adapt and function at its best. Chiropractic care can help restore inner balance and ease to your nervous system, allowing your body to reconnect, heal, and thrive.

Our approach

Beginning the healing process/repair
The initial phase of care is all about shifting your body from fight & flight into rest & digest.
The aim is to set up a foundation for sustainable healing and repair.
Until this shift occurs results are often limited.

Restoring connection
Once your body shifts into rest & digest, the connection between your brain and body becomes better coherent.
This is where we start to regulate / adapt better to stress.

Re-vitalise
Over time, when you have spent more time being better connected and in a state of healing you may begin to notice other changes in your overall health.
These may include less fatigue, better ability to sleep well and as well as being more resilient to stress.
